Shipping/Returns & Warranty
We do our best to ship all orders within two (2) business days of receiving an online order and ship all items together in one package, but may split orders when necessary. Customers with orders that require split shipments or that include an item on backorder will be notified by a customer service representative via email or telephone. Free shipping on all U.S. retail orders over $150 except Alaska and Hawaii.

We offer express shipping options for an additional fee.

For all international orders Fastway uses UPS International unless otherwise requested by the customer. Fastway will not ship international orders via USPS Global Priority Mail because this method does not have a tracking number.
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Orders cannot be returned to sender and Fastway will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Fastway will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. In no case will an international order be marked as a gift to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
Fastway cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Fastway will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
There is a product defect warranty on all Fastway products for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Crash/Impact Damage, modification, stripped, missing or thread-locked bolts and damage done during installation is not covered under warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, we will attempt to verify the complaint as best we can with pictures via email. In some cases the item may need to be sent in for a hands-on inspection. If the item is determined to have a defect we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.
Fastway will accept returns on unused, re-sellable products within 30 days of purchase. Items being returned for credit will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Closeout or discontinued items are not eligible for a return or refund. Items purchased from an authorized Fastway dealer must be returned through the same dealer and are subject to said dealer’s stated retail return guidelines. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number, please call us at 208-466-4762 to receive a return authorization number before returning your item.
